You don't need to have actual tickets! We have you (and anyone else you registered with) listed in our records. You’ll just need to show us a QR code, either as a hard copy printout or simply displayed on your mobile device. You can also show a form of photo ID, but QR codes help us speed up the registration process. If you made your purchase using an Academia discount, remember to bring along your academic ID.

To see who’s registered under your order or to download the QR code, please click on the link included in your registration confirmation email (the subject is “Your order: #####”, and the # symbols refer to your order code).

You can modify details of the orders, such as attendee names or answers to questions. For that, please go to the Order page; the link is provided in your confirmation email (the subject is “Your order: #####” – the # symbols refer to your order code). On your Order page, you will see a Change details button. Clicking on it will take you back through the checkout process, where you can change the personal details of the attendee.

Please note that you can only change order details until April 19, 2024.

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and you will see a Change order button. Clicking on it will take you back through the checkout process, where you can add a workshop to your order.
