Small Team (5–9 attendees)

Vouchers
If you have a voucher, enter it in the Redeem a voucher field before clicking Buy. This step is your only chance to redeem your voucher. If you make a purchase without redeeming it, we cannot refund the purchase or honor your voucher retroactively.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except where a ticket holder's visa is denied or if the event is canceled.
Academia
Students and teachers are eligible for a special academic rate of PLN 1,599 (incl. VAT) for Regular Admission tickets upon proof of a valid ID of the official institution. To apply, send a copy of your academic ID card or other identifying material to info@kotlinconf.com. You will need to be enrolled as a member of your academic institution in April 2027 to receive the discount. Please note that only official institutions qualify.
International travelers
We can provide a letter of invitation for your visa application. If you need one, send your full details along with the receipt for your KotlinConf ticket purchase to info@kotlinconf.com.
