Vouchers
If you have a voucher, make sure you enter it in the Redeem a voucher field before clicking on the Buy button. Please make sure you redeem your voucher before proceeding, as we cannot refund orders that have been incorrectly placed due to missing vouchers.
Academia
Students and teachers are eligible for a 50% discount on Regular Admission tickets. This discount cannot be applied to Super Early Bird and Early Bird tickets. To apply, please send a copy of your academic ID card or other identifying material to info@kotlinconf.com. You will need to be enrolled as a member of your academic institution in May 2024 to receive the discount. Please note that only official institutions qualify.
International travelers
We can provide you with a letter of invitation for your visa application. If you need one, please send your full details along with a receipt of your KotlinConf ticket purchase to info@kotlinconf.com.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case when your visa is denied, or the event is canceled.
