Dmitry Savvinov

I joined the Kotlin team in 2016 as an intern. Fun fact: my Master Thesis was written together with the Kotlin team, and it was what eventually became Kotlin Contracts. Since that time, I worked in almost all parts of Kotlin - Compiler, IDE, Gradle integration, Multiplatform core.

After leading the Kotlin Multiplatform team for almost 4 years, build tooling piqued my interest as a topic. It quickly became a passion, and I joined the Amper team in 2024 and became the project lead in 2025.
